To get the parrot mount, you'll need to collect 400 assert during an Island Expedition. This can be done by looting assert nodes, killing enemies, or completing objectives. Once you have 400 Azerite, you'll need to deposit it at the team's base camp. Once you've Deposited 400 Azerite, a parrot will spawn at the team's base camp.
